Please clean up after your pet!!
Several calls from Clover Creek Residents have come in regarding pet owners in the community not cleaning up after their pets and allowing them to be off-leash. Picking up after your pet is a MUST, most responsible pet owners would agree. The Clover Creek Association is a beautiful community and there simply is NO excuse for not scooping the poop. Motivations for being a responsible pet owner and picking up Every Time…
- It is a City of Longmont Ordinance
- It is Unhealthy & Unsightly
- It is Environmentally Irresponsible
- It is The Biggest Complaint against Dogs and makes all pet owners look bad
- It is Common Courtesy – set a good example for others
Trash bins are located throughout the community so be sure to take advantage of these as needed.
The Clover Creek Community looked amazing this holiday season! The Sleigh Ride was successful and several residents were able to take a ride through the community and enjoy the lights and decorations.
A friendly reminder that the holiday decorations do need to be removed no later than January 25th, per the Rules and Regulations for Clover Creek HOA. Thank you for your assistance in keeping Clover Creek looking great!
Making a change to the exterior or your home?? Painting, new roofs and landscape improvements are just a few of the examples of improvements that need to be approved by the HOA. The Design Review Request Form can be downloaded from the HOA website or simply contact the management company for a copy. Completed forms should be sent to Foster Management for Design Committee review. Homeowners planning to paint the exterior of the home, should review the approved color schemes for the Clover Creek Community. A book containing the color schemes can be reviewed at the Longmont Benjamin Moore Paint Store or at the Foster Management office.
