Welcome to Clover Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc. The entire association is comprised of 535 Single Family Homes originally developed between 1996 and 1999 by U.S. Homes and Pulte Home Builders. The community is fully built out. The Clover Creek HOA is located at the South East corner of Airport Rd and Clover Basin Dr. in Longmont, CO.
COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: Common areas and amenities – The association has closed the common area playgrounds and basketball courts effective April 7th, 2020 until further notice. This closure is due to the COVID-19 Restrictions and direct order of the CDC and State of Colorado. Residents will be notified when further information becomes available as to the re-opening of such community areas.

BILLINGS: The 2020 Assessments have increased to $177 per calendar quarter. Quarterly assessment statements will be mailed out to all homeowners in the months of March, June, September, and December. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 30th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 30th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.
**To protect our staff and visitors, Foster Management is limiting external group meetings – COVID-19 Info. Board Meetings will be held remotely until further notice, contact your Association Manager for additional information or further assistance.
HOA Board Meetings are held Monthly on the 3rd Monday at 6:30pm. All meetings are located at the Foster Management Office – 700 Ken Pratt Blvd, Suite #111 in Longmont, CO. Check FosterMgmt.net for directions/map to their office.
